Eric has extensive experience in the IT consulting and training sector which spans to more than 18 years' worth of experience. Being one of the first in the region to be certified for Cloud Computing and Green IT professional by CompTIA and British Computer Society, he has been appointed by the Malaysian Government to train the government agencies IT practitioners on Green IT. He is the co-founder of iTrain Asia, a Mobile Development Training Certification Body that provides iOS, Android and HTML5 certifications, course materials and also training, is also a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions. He has also been invited by Microsoft to speak at the regional annual TechEd conference. Due to his contribution on Microsoft Technologies, Eric has been awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) by the Microsoft Corporation USA.
Rose Wong possesses a Bachelor Degree from University of Malaya (majored in Psychology Counseling). Rose has more than 13 years of working experience as HR professional in local multi-national companies. Prior to HR Consulting, her last employment was a Regional HR Manager in SEEK Asia (Jobstreet.com & jobsDB.com) for both HR operations and HR project management. Her experiences in HR including Strategic HR Management, Organization Restructuring and Development, Manpower Planning and Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits Review and Alignment, Employee Engagement, Regional HR Policies and Processes, HR Budgeting and Control, HR Audits, Business Closure, Regional Merger and Acquisition. Rose also has the exposure working in different industries, including Hospitality, Retailing, Call Centres, and Regional Shared Services.
KWONG LAI MUN
Lai Mun brings more than a decade of human resources corporate experience and her last position was a senior human resources practitioner with the largest IT employer in Malaysia before founding her own company which is called Copular Consulting. Her expertise lies in talent and succession management, employee engagement and retention management.
David Khaw, a certified Project Management Professional (PMPR) from Project
Management Institute (PMIR) since 2009. He graduated from University of
Southern Queensland, Australia for Master of Business Administration (MBA)
and Master of Project Management (MPM). He is experienced in project management
since 2003, various significant IT projects in Oil and Gas Industry worth
over US$ 35 million either in data center, construction site, onshore and
offshore site for Malaysia and outside Malaysia such as The United States of
America, England, Thailand and Singapore. Apart from oil and gas industry, he was
involved in several IT projects for the Malaysian government agencies, private
banks, and automotive companies.
Beside of PMPR, David also certified ITIL Intermediate mainly focusing on IT project execution. David is an experienced and certified trainer from Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) since 2012 despite he also a part-time lecturer at HELP University. He has conducted numerous Project Teambuilding programs, PMPR/CAPMR certification classes, and Project Management classes, in training centers around South East Asia region mainly Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
As an Organizational Project Management (OPM) consultant, he focuses on OPM maturity, organization change, and organization strategy and sustainability. He is also a volunteer for PMI Education Foundation (PMIEF) as Community Engagement Committee for East and South East Asia Region PMIR Local Chapters. He also a Rotarian serving above self.
WAN YOKE KIT
Kit has over 20 years of human resources management experience in various local PLCs and MNCs. She has led various HR programs that include devising and executing talent management program for young graduates, retaining and coaching talent program and much more. As part of Copular Consulting, she is also a certified trainer from PSMB and a certified coach from Coach Masters Academy.
Vigneswaran has more than 14 years of experience in lecturing, research, management, and training in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, and Higher Education. Leveraging on his industrial and training experience, Vigneswaran develops soft skills training programmes with an 80/20 approach; 80% practical, 20% lecture accompanied by a training manual individually customized for each programme. He is also a registered member of Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), UK.
Graduated from Skema Business School in France, Marianne embraced an international career in the financial industry in France, Tokyo, Luxembourg and then transitioned to training & coaching, both in Europe and in Malaysia.
Assistant financial manager at Ajinomoto, she later joined Andersen / Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading audit firms in Luxemburg, leading multi-cultural teams, developing excellent observation and analytical skills. Marianne then spent 10 years at the Central Bank of Luxemburg, holding key responsibilities in organization, project management, audit, financial and operational risk management, even involved in large-scale crisis prevention.
Since 2010, she coaches Executives on career transitioning, effective communication and team management. Marianne also trains mid to senior Leaders in Malaysia to unleash their leadership potential and sharpen their communication skills.
Dr. Frances Penafort
Dr. FRANCES PENAFORT is a Professional Certified Coach from International Coach Federation, USA. Her background is coloured with a myriad of work experiences. This includes being an academic for 24 years, a management consultant to MNCs in Malaysia and overseas (Finland, Denmark, Australia, China, India, Singapore, Thailand and Brunei) as well as being an executive coach to organisations, both public listed as well as government-linked.
Her strong passion in her executive coaching experience has enabled leaders and their teams to break mental barriers and 'raise the bar'. She herself continues to pursue this value.
